This position requires a dynamic leader capable of driving business growth while managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-border development projects. You will oversee multiple portfolios, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and measurable business impact.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 9+ years in senior leadership roles with significant experience in real estate development, construction, or large-scale property projects.
  • Proven ability to manage projects across multiple markets/countries.
  • Experience with strategic growth initiatives, partnerships, and business expansion.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, including budget oversight and performance metrics.
  • Hands-on leader with entrepreneurial approach to identifying and scaling opportunities.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Direct the planning, execution, and commercialisation of high-value real estate and energy projects across Europe.
  • Source, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities, ensuring strong ROI and market fit.
  • Lead multi-market teams including project directors, construction managers, and operational staff.
  • Standardise project management practices and tools across geographies to enhance efficiency.
  • Track financial and operational performance, presenting insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with investors, JV partners, contractors, and key stakeholders.
