We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior People Partner (Senior HR Business Partner) to lead our International People Partner team—across EMEA and APJ. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the trusted partner to our General Manager, EMEA, and a key thought partner to the broader regional leadership team.
You’ll shape and execute people strategies to accelerate business outcomes, support our scale through significant growth, and foster a culture of experimentation and adaptability—including exploring the thoughtful use of AI to evolve how we work. This is a unique opportunity to lead with impact, influence at the executive level, and build the future of our international people strategy.
This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
