GenePlanet, a global leader in innovative preventive genetic testing, is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Head of International Sales – Oncology. This critical leadership role will be responsible for defining, executing, and managing the entire international sales strategy for our portfolio of innovative oncology products. Tasks Key Responsibilities: Global Strategy & Execution: Define and implement the comprehensive international sales strategy, market entry models, and pricing strategies tailored to diverse global markets (starting with Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Poland, Romania & Hungray) Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of medical sales representatives to achieve aggressive revenue and market penetration goals. Strategic Channel Development (Global Scale): establish relationships with key stakeholders across our core sales channels (Medical centers, private clinics, insurance companies, corporate wellness providers) & develop new sales channels Market Access & Commercialization: Work closely with Regulatory and Clinical teams to ensure commercial strategies align with local regulatory requirements and reimbursement pathways in new markets. P&L and Forecasting: Manage the international sales budget, conduct accurate forecasting, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the executive leadership team. Requirements Qualifications and Experience: To succeed in this executive leadership role, you must possess: 8+ years of sales leadership experience in the medical diagnostics, oncology, or health-tech space, with a minimum of 2 years managing international sales and distribution channels. **Proven success in launching and scaling complex, high-value medical products (**ideally diagnostics or genetic tests) into new international markets. Leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage remote, culturally diverse, high-performance sales teams and channel partners. Great communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural business development skills. Goal oriented Fluent professional proficiency in English Willingness and ability to travel internationally (estimated 40-50%).
