Job PurposeTo develop and implement feasibility studies and identify new opportunities for developing the authority's assets and executing its projects in a cost-efficient manner. The role is also responsible for monitoring financial performance and return on investment (ROI) of projects and initiatives, and identifying necessary corrective actions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development of the department's annual business plan, ensuring alignment with departmental needs, quality, and institutional excellence objectives.
• Monitor departmental performance in line with approved directives.
• Lead the team in preparing and executing the annual operational plan, including KPIs, targets, projects, programs, and budget requirements, and submit for approval.
• Direct the team to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
• Lead implementation of management methodologies, quality control, and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage the development and execution of investment and business development programs, ensuring optimal use of resources and financial sustainability
