Head of IP We are seeking a Logistics Manager to lead the implementation of operational strategies that ensure a smooth, efficient, and scalable supply chain. This role is key to delivering operational excellence, meeting service and quality standards, and supporting business growth in line with corporate strategy. Key Responsibilities Support the definition and execution of the operations strategy aligned with business objectives and corporate guidelines. Lead and deliver complex operational projects, initiatives, and strategic partnerships. Oversee daily logistics operations across one or multiple sites to achieve customer, service, quality, and financial targets. Develop and manage operating budgets, including investment proposals and performance tracking. Ensure the availability of resources, including workforce, systems, materials, and logistics infrastructure. Adjust operational capacity to support changes and growth in business volumes. Support business development activities through operational input, business cases, and solution design. Collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to support revenue growth. Define and ensure execution of operational processes, infrastructure, equipment, and IT systems. Ensure compliance with safety, health, security, environmental, and quality regulations. Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance. Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. More than 6 years of experience in logistics or operations management. Proven experience managing teams and leading experienced professionals. Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, and logistics operations. Experience managing budgets, costs, and operational investments. Ability to influence stakeholders and work with customers and external service providers. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
