Your tasks

• You will be responsible for the professional leadership of the IT teams in the areas of development, testing and DevOps, and ensure their continuous development.
• Together with the management and the IT department head, you will develop a future-oriented IT development strategy that optimally supports company goals and our KIND omnichannel strategy.
• You are responsible for the technical architecture, the integration of new systems, and process optimization, and you manage the collaboration with external partners and service providers.
• You evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools, optimize development processes, ensure the scalability and security of the systems, and promote the use of AI tools.
• You establish and monitor uniform quality standards, ensure compliance with data protection and IT security guidelines, and guarantee consistent standards in product development.
• By promoting innovation projects and using best practices, you constantly drive the continuous improvement of processes and products.

Your profile

• You have at least seven years of experience in software development, including at least five years in a leadership role.
• You are familiar with common programming languages, agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), DevOps, cloud technologies (Azure) and modern architectures.
• You inspire and lead teams with empathy, successfully guiding them towards a common goal.
• You analyze complex challenges and develop strategic solutions.
