As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead our technology strategy, infrastructure, and security operations. This is a senior leadership role with a critical impact on ensuring Hantec Markets’ IT systems remain secure, efficient, and scalable to support our growing business.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT leadership roles, preferably within the FX & CFD financial sector.
• Strong understanding of IT security and trading and risk management in a regulated environment.
• Expertise in cloud-based infrastructures, security, trading, networking, MetaTrader and IT architecture.
• Expertise in Design, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable MetaTrader server infrastructure (MT4/MT5).
• Strong experience in Managing and optimizing server performance, dealing desk plugins, symbols, and routing configurations.
• Hands-on experience managing Windows, Microsoft365, Active Directory, MetaTrader and networking protocols.
• Experience leading IT service management (ITSM) and IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
• Strong vendor management experience for IT procurement and third-party integrations.
