As Head of IT Infrastructure Architecture, you will define and drive Lundbeck’s global infrastructure roadmap. You will lead a team of skilled infrastructure architects and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions that support our business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Direction: Set, together with the team, the architectural vision and direction for IT infrastructure (network, compute, storage, cloud, identity, etc.), ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
• Project Leadership: Oversee major infrastructure initiatives, driving business cases, managing budgets, and guiding procurement and execution processes. You will not be directly involved in the technical implementation but will ensure strategic alignment, delivery progress, and stakeholder commitment.
• Technology Governance: Establish standards, patterns, and governance frameworks for infrastructure technologies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, security, compliance, and operations teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends, assessing their potential impact on Lundbeck’s business.
