Your main tasks

• Strategic and operational overall responsibility for the German IT organization, currently with five employees at two locations.
• Ensuring and maintaining the continuous availability of the central IT systems at both German locations 
• Responsibility for the entire IT infrastructure, including networks, server landscapes, and endpoint management.
• Management of IT projects, especially in the areas of infrastructure, system operation and digitalization.
• Selection, management and further development of external service providers and suppliers
• Responsibility for IT governance, business continuity, information security and compliance issues at the local level
• Management and further development of the ISMS as well as coordination of certifications, audits and regulatory requirements (e.g. TISAX, IATF, NIS2)
• Responsibility for the planning, management and monitoring of the IT budget, including investment and resource planning.

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Solid professional and project experience in IT infrastructure and in a leading IT function
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Broad and practical knowledge of Windows Server environments, virtualization, and network administration.
• Strong knowledge in IT security, IT service management, network technology, and cloud technologies; experience with AI applications is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong solution orientation and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality
