•  Management and development of the IT team with approximately ten employees
• Implementation and further development of the IT strategy in close coordination with management.
• Ensuring stable, secure and efficient IT operations
• Management and implementation of IT, digitization and transformation projects
• Harmonization, standardization and integration of the IT landscape within the group
• Introduction and further development of central systems such as ERP, CRM, cloud and infrastructure
• Process optimization through automation, new technologies and AI
• Budget planning and control

What you bring with you

• Studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of management experience in a senior IT role
• Strong implementation skills and a hands-on mentality
• Experience with modern IT infrastructures, cloud, enterprise systems and IT security
• Demonstrable success in the introduction and integration of complex IT systems
• Experience in harmonizing different IT landscapes in corporate groups or groups of companies
• Clear communication, strong decision-making skills, and a confident demeanor towards management, departments, and partners.
