We are looking for a Head of IT Operations (m/f/d) for our Stuttgart location.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the stable, secure, compliant and economical operation of the productive IT systems
• Demand-oriented assurance of availability, service quality and performance of IT systems
• Control of technological development
• Capacity management
• Responsibility and further development of operational processes
• Implementation of strategic business decisions (IT strategy, IT architecture, etc.). Transformation responsibility.
• Communication, management of external service providers and internal resources
• Incident, problem and change management
• Escalation and crisis management 

Your profile:

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Leadership and professional experience in IT operations, IT service management or a comparable management function
• Sound knowledge of the operation and management of complex IT landscapes as well as business-critical systems and applications
• Experience in the implementation and further development of IT strategies as well as in the management of transformation and modernization projects in IT. 
• High level of understanding of information security, regulatory affairs (DORA), compliance and data protection
• Target group-oriented communication, coordination and collaboration at the team leader, department head and board level of IT and within the company
