- Ensuring a secure, highly available, scalable and high-performing cloud platform
- Development and continuous optimization of monitoring, logging and incident management processes
- Management of cloud infrastructures as well as relevant service providers and technology partners
- Definition and monitoring of service levels, KPIs and operational processes
DevOps & Release Management
- Responsibility for transferring software developments into productive operation
- Further development and automation of CI/CD pipelines
- Close collaboration with product management, product development and quality assurance
- Promoting a modern DevOps culture with high automation and short release cycles
- Responsibility for change, release, and deployment processes
Customer Support
- Professional and disciplinary management of the technical support team
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Establishing efficient support processes and escalation mechanisms

- Responsibility for the operational information security of the platform
- Development and enhancement of security monitoring and incident response processes
