  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English; German other languages are a plus

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Key Account Management to lead our key account sales function. In this pivotal role, you will drive long-term partnerships with strategic clients, lead a high-performing team, and work closely with the executive and product teams to deliver value-driven automation solutions.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially minded individual with deep industry knowledge, client relationship expertise, and a passion for automation and robotics.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop the Key Account Management team across Europe and the North America region
  • Own and grow strategic customer relationships with major accounts across manufacturing, automotive, logistics, and other automation-heavy industries
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and long-term strategic partnership opportunities
  • Develop and execute account development plans aligned with broader sales and product strategies
  • Serve as a key voice between customers and internal stakeholders (R&D, Product, Marketing, and Operations)
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis to senior management
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings as a senior commercial leader
