ABOUT THE JOB

  • Create and drive internally and externally the aspirational long term growth plan / joint business plan for one of our key pharmacy accounts both online and offline
  • Build strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders at the customer
  • Build, accurate forecasts and achieve Deliver the account/s results: turnover, market share, profit etc.
  • Have a deep understanding of the growth levers relevant to customer with specific focus on the shopper so selling is through shopper insights to drive results
  • Drive with impact as a customer leader, by collaborating with the multifunctional team and animating peer functions: marketing, supply chain, finance, category development
  • Lead with an achievement-oriented mind-set to help coach and mentor the team
  • Proactively drive growth and have an entrepreneurial spirit
