Your new task

• You will continuously lead and develop the Lean consulting team to ensure competent and high-performing capacities for demanding transformation projects at all times.
• In close collaboration with top management and plant managers, you will shape the strategic development of a SYNCHRO transformation roadmap – methodologically, culturally, and organizationally. You will manage change management and strengthen the visibility of Lean principles throughout the company.
• Based on KPI analyses and strategic goals, you will identify and manage high-impact projects with clear mandates, defined objectives, and effective sustainability mechanisms. Maintaining high methodological standards in operational excellence, academy formats, and best-practice scaling is your responsibility.
• By building intensive, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels, you act as a sparring partner on equal terms – from the shop floor to top management.
• Your responsibilities include orchestrating the global Lean network with best-practice exchange and peer learning , as well as moderating the central SYNCHRO core team and establishing Lean routines within the organization.
