We are seeking a passionate and spiritually grounded leader to join our Middle Learning Community (MLC) as the Head of Learning and Alignment – Spiritual Quotient. This role supports the Deputy Head of MLC – Learning in leading and managing the educational vision in alignment with the College’s mission, values, and explicit improvement agenda. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping a Christ-centred learning environment that nurtures both academic excellence and spiritual formation.

This is a full time, permanent position commencing Term 4, 2025 or as negotiated with the successful applicant. This role requires current QCT registration and will incorporate a teaching component.
