MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
B.A. or higher degree in related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
12+ years of Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology or Learning experience.
Prior Team leadership experience
Skilled at mining data and ability to distill concepts from complex concepts.
Skilled presenter able to target messages to varied audiences (Senior, non-SMEs.,)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated ability and/or certification in Consulting Skills or System Team Development
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed and complex organization.
Certified in psychometric instruments e.g.: Hogan, MBTI, ILS, FIRO-B, Kilmann Conflict Model
Given the vast majority of our clients, both internal and external, are based outside of Quebec and Canada, specific language requirements may apply. Knowledge of French and English is required.
