We are looking for a Head of Learning & Development to join Lagkagehuset / Ole & Steen who will be responsible for the Learning & Development agenda in our organisation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The position is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen NV. It requires travel across the country and maybe visits in our international markets. You will manage your own working hours, but some flexibility is needed to accommodate operational needs and align with our operations working hours at different times of the day.
