We are looking for a Head of Learning & Development to join Lagkagehuset / Ole & Steen who will be responsible for the Learning & Development agenda in our organisation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The position is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen NV. It requires travel across the country and maybe visits in our international markets. You will manage your own working hours, but some flexibility is needed to accommodate operational needs and align with our operations working hours at different times of the day.

You’ll join a growing People Team, consisting of seven dedicated colleagues, including teams in London and New York. With a new Chief People & Culture Officer onboard last year, we’ve developed an ambitious 2025 People Plan: “Energize our people and drive accountability.” You’ll help turn strategy into action, making a real impact across the organization. Your team includes People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Partner, Internal Communication Partner and an Office Assistant.
