Responsibilities

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

You’ll be the driving force behind how learning comes to life at Westpac. Leading a large vibrant team who are responsible for learning logistics and planning (onshore and offshore), LMS enhancements and maintenance, content testing, SOX controls, LMS user code maintenance and reporting, commercial services, and program facilitation. You’ll be the go-to for making sure our learning experiences are smooth, smart, and seriously impactful.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Experience leading large learning teams of ~40. You’re a natural leader who knows how to bring out the best in people and teams.
  • Strong process management and learning operations experience. You’re all about quality, governance, and making sure learning is delivered with precision.
  • Proven experience in Agile/Lean capability and continuous improvement.
  • Significant experience with Learning Management Systems and love making tech work for people.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills. You’re confident managing vendors and building strong, collaborative relationships
