Top-Tier Legal Acumen: You're a seasoned legal professional with at least 15 years of broad international complex commercial, operational and corporate legal experience in a publicly listed multinational corporate in-house setting or at a leading law firm, and agility to work at a senior level. Experience in the tech/telecommunications industry is essential. You have demonstrated ability to think strategically and independently handle and manage complex and sensitive matters, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will have wide ranging experience of negotiating complex and high-value (+£100m) matters Strategic Mindset: You possess strong business acumen and a strategic mindset. You can think critically, analyse complex situations, and provide sound legal advice that supports business objectives. Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You're an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You can build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels, and you're adept at navigating challenging conversations.
