WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 10+ years of post-qualification legal experience (Singapore Bar preferred).
• Strong mix of private practice and in-house experience in tech, platforms, or e-commerce.
• Solid exposure to product, commercial, and regulatory legal advisory.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence business strategy.Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are partnering with a global tech-driven delivery platform (operating in 70+ countries) to find a Head of Legal - Commercial & Product to lead their legal and compliance function in Singapore and across Southeast Asia. As a senior legal advisor, you’ll drive strategic legal initiatives across commercial, product, regulatory, and operational areas. You’ll lead a high-performing legal team and work closely with Product and Management teams to shape and scale their business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead all legal and compliance operations across Singapore and selected regional markets.
• Advise on commercial contracts, partnerships, and new product launches.
• Oversee compliance frameworks: anti-bribery, anti-corruption, data privacy, etc.
• Manage legal disputes, corporate housekeeping, and external legal counsel.
• Support M&A and strategic corporate projects.Act as a bridge between local markets and global HQ for legal alignment and governance.
