Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal, regulatory and governance advice to senior management.
• Oversee the firm's compliance framework, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Manage legal and contractual matters, including coordination with external counsel.
• Act as the primary contact for regulators, auditors and other key external stakeholders.
• Lead data protection and privacy activities, including governance, compliance and data quality oversight.
• Conduct risk assessments, compliance monitoring and control testing activities.
• Manage whistleblowing, ethics and conduct-related processes.
• Prepare compliance, risk and governance reports for local and group leadership.
• Support business initiatives through practical, commercially focused regulatory advice.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance, control and risk management processes.
