• Meaningful experience of in-house legal operations, ideally including optimisation or transformation programmes, whether as an external advisor or in-house leader
• Demonstrable management consulting skillset, although it is not required that candidates be long term consultants
• A strategic and commercial mindset
• A personable, practical, approachable and collaborative manner

The Legal Operations & Tech Consulting group helps in-house legal leaders with their challenges in service delivery, organisation design and culture, resourcing strategies, efficiency, cost reduction and technology including practical application of AI.
The Head of Legal Operations Consulting role will lead the Legal Operations service line, working alongside counterparts in Legal Tech and AI. This role is a combined business leadership and delivery role responsible for the strategic direction, management and performance of the service; business generation and client development; client engagement and delivery including developing and leading the team.
As a core member of the Consulting leadership team, this role can make a significant and fulfilling contribution to a growing business.
