Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
- Partner with a variety of key stakeholders and advise on a broad range of commercial matters.
- Leadership of the CBRE Pacific Legal team.
- Develop and implement best practices and process improvements.
- Address complex and significant legal, regulatory and reputational matters.
- Set internal governance, risk management policies and develop and implement best practices and process improvements.
- Liaise with external parties including regulators and insurers.
- Provide expert advice on all significant contractual matters.
- Management of all Company Secretary matters across the Pacific region.
