THE ROLE:

• Partner with a variety of key stakeholders and advise on a broad range of commercial matters.
• Leadership of the CBRE Pacific Legal team.
• Develop and implement best practices and process improvements.
• Address complex and significant legal, regulatory and reputational matters.
• Set internal governance, risk management policies and develop and implement best practices and process improvements.
• Liaise with external parties including regulators and insurers.
• Provide expert advice on all significant contractual matters.
• Management of all Company Secretary matters across the Pacific region.
