Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with law firms and internal stakeholders to carry out due diligence, transaction documents, fulfill pre- and post-transaction requirements for the project.
  • Review and provide suggestions when the Company facing an issues on the transaction structure, due diligence and transaction documents to be carried out by the Company.
  • Drafting transaction documents in the event that the Company shall execute the project without any involvement of a law firm.
  • Archiving the transaction documents.
  • Provide advice and make reports to the Head of Legal and Directors regarding the project.
  • Lead and manage the team for which she/he is responsible and coordinate with other internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders which are relevant to the project.

Requirements:

  • Graduated from top university with GPA minimum of 3.3
  • 8 - 10 years of work experience with similar job responsibilities
  • Experienced in the field of mergers and acquisitions, investments, corporate restructuring, and other corporate actions
  • Able to work quickly, thoroughly according to the time target set
  • Able to manage and manage transactions to be carried out by the Company
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good English Skills
