WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic legal counsel that balances risk with commercial priorities.
- Influence key business decisions by offering swift, solutions-focused legal support across a broad range of matters, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
- Advise on a broad range of legal matters, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
- Oversee dispute resolution, litigation management and the selection and supervision of external legal counsel.
- Manage legal risks proactively, providing pragmatic, solutions-focused advice to stakeholders across functions.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, assessing potential impacts and advising business leaders accordingly.
- Contribute to global legal projects, fostering strong collaboration with colleagues across the Etex Group.
- Lead and develop a small legal team, supporting their growth and ensuring high performance within the function.
