Your Role: Drive the inorganic component of Life Science strategy by identifying high-growth markets and shaping partner vs. buy decisions while working closely with Strategy, BD, and BU teams to evaluate growth opportunities via inorganic approaches. You will identify and size growth segments, craft enterprise-level market entry theses, and recommend capital allocation priorities. The role involves defining buy vs. partner criteria and ecosystem strategies, supporting strategic planning processes, and driving leadership alignment. You will translate BU priorities into executable initiatives, apply sector frameworks to BU contexts, deliver data-driven narratives that influence LSET decisions, and build relationships with stakeholders and industry leaders. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications: • Life Science experience required • Bachelors Degree in a Life or Physical Science Discipline • 8+ years inorganic strategy and/or consulting experience with a Tier 1 consulting firm or multi-national company with heavy partner/M&A strategy responsibilities in the life science sector • Deep expertise in life sciences tools (consumables and instruments) and bioprocessing with mix of management consulting and operating experience • Up to 20% travel domestic and international Preferred Qualifications: • MBA • Cross-functional collaboration experience in complex, matrixed organizations; ability to lead without authority and mobilize teams • Executive presence with exceptional communication skills and concise, persuasive storytelling for senior audiences • Strategic thinking comfortable operating in ambiguity and "sculpting the fog" to create structure, clarity, and momentum US Pay Range for this position: $171,100 - $265,700​ USD The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
