Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a lifecycle marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals.
  • Identify key journey moments and design data-driven campaigns to drive activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Develop tailored activation programmes for Corporate members.
  • Own and optimise always-on and triggered campaigns across channels, with a strong focus on AI and automation.
  • Lead the marketing automation roadmap and ensure a best-in-class martech stack.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, Sales and Customer Experience to align lifecycle efforts.
  • Use predictive analytics to reduce churn and deploy targeted save tactics.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Lifecycle Marketing team.
