We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Head of Live-in People Experience to join our warm and supportive team. This role will be primarily based at our Godalming office, with responsibility for overseeing our Live-in People Experience across Home Instead Guildford and Woking, Home Instead Godalming, and Home Instead Elmbridge and East Spelthorne. Job Description Build a strong talent pipeline and schedule staff for placements Lead Live-In recruitment and onboarding Deliver and oversee training from induction onwards Support and mentor new starters through their first 12 weeks Maintain compliant staff files and uphold regulatory standards Monitor wellbeing and conduct regular check-ins Support field visits, supervisions, appraisals and changeovers Review exit feedback to improve retention Work with HR on employee relations when required Participate in on-call duties as required. Qualifications Recruitment and/or care sector experience Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social care or equivalent would be beneficial to the role Strong communication & organisation skills Coaching/training experience Passion for people, development & high-quality care Knowledge of CQC standards (desirable) Additional Information If you have a genuine passion for caring and the drive to help us achieve our goals, we would be delighted to hear from you.
