About the Job The Operations Manager will be working with the leadership team to direct and implement business strategies alongside world class delivery of Allianz Technology SL. This role involves leading initiatives to ensure effective delivery across all services from Allianz Technology SL. Key responsibilities include overseeing the company operations and productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive, and organizational goals are met, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships as well as driving innovation and continuous improvement. What you do Achieve operational excellence by overseeing service lines, systems, processes, and procedures, and leading corrective measures as necessary. Manage facilities, logistics, IT, supplier managemen, and project management functions, including Information Security Management, ESG strategy and IT onsite support. Collaborate with Heads of Allianz Technology SL to ensure delivery standard, and be accountable for the revenue, cost, and overall P&L of Operations services. Drive sustainable growth through effective client relationship management, innovation and cost savings using technologies like RPA and AI. Establish and communicate strategic direction for operational goals, fostering collaboration and high performance within a diverse team and global matrix organization. Integrate productivity, automation, and future technology initiatives, continuously improving services and optimizing processes for cost reduction and quality maintenance. Ensure compliance with OE requirements and Allianz Group standards, maintaining business continuity and tracking operational metrics for performance review. What you bring Proficient in MS Office Suite. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrate competency in operations management, cost control, strategic planning and change management. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic decisions. Proven people leader with experience of building, evolving and motivating a high performing and diverse team. Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in insurance, operations, organizational management and/or other related fields. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is typically required. Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
