Our client is now looking for a Head of Major and Key Accounts to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
As the Head of Major and Key Accounts, you will lead the strategy and performance of the Key and Major Accounts team, ensuring the development of long-term partnerships with some of the organisation’s most significant clients.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will play a central role in shaping and growing the team, driving cross-functional collaboration to align account strategies with business objectives.
You’ll embed structured sales methodologies, develop account plans, and ensure engagement with clients across verticals, enabling them to realise the strategic value of learning within their organisations.
Additionally, you will:
- Build and lead a high-performing team
- Develop vertical-specific strategies to unlock revenue in white space accounts
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing and delivery to ensure a unified, strategic approach
- Identify ways to increase revenue and engagement across a growing client base
