Your area of ​​responsibility:

• Responsibility for the strategic and operational development of manufacturing excellence as well as the sustainable optimization of production processes at the site.
• Development and implementation of lean management, operational excellence and continuous improvement programs to increase productivity, quality, delivery reliability and profitability.
• Control of industrial engineering with a focus on work planning, process design, capacity planning and the optimization of material, information and value flows.
• Planning and implementation of investment, automation and technology projects, as well as further development of modern production systems
• Ensuring a high technical availability of production facilities and equipment through a future-oriented maintenance strategy
• Sustainability and further development of the infrastructure at the site through targeted investments, regular maintenance and resource-saving modernization
• Responsibility for the further development of toolmaking, prototype construction and manufacturing technologies, as well as support for industrialization, product transfer and capacity expansion projects.
• Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the areas of responsibility and promotion of a culture of continuous improvement
• Further development of digital production and performance systems and use of data-based analyses to increase efficiency and competitiveness
• Strategic support for operations management in transformation projects, organizational development, and the implementation of cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical studies, e.g., mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or business engineering
• Several years of management and professional experience in a manufacturing industrial company with responsibility in the areas of Manufacturing Excellence, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering or Operational Excellence
• Solid experience in optimizing production processes and in implementing lean management, operational excellence and investment projects.
• Strong technical and business acumen, as well as an analytical, structured and results-oriented approach to work.
• Strong leadership, communication and change management skills, as well as experience in managing cross-functional projects.
• Excellent German and English skills, as well as confident use of ERP and production systems
