EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience of market access in digital therapies
  • Experience of at least 2 out of the following: Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Health Technology Assessment, Market Access, Real World Evidence
  • International experience, leading various markets or regions is highly preferred. (Has worked or supported in at least two different markets, one of them being the US)
  • Minimum of 10 years in space of Health Economics and Market Access

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD) in health economics, HTA and or Statistics

Responsibilities:

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead global Market Access Strategy (including policy, reimbursement and HTA) for the Vantive digital ecosystem supporting the PD journey
  • Execute strategies in focus geographies in collaboration with regional teams
  • Responsibility for economic evidence generation and dissemination to payers and providers including building capability across the commercial (evidence-based selling) and Medical Affairs organization
  • Strategic partner for New Product Development (R&D) value proposition: Non-clinical stakeholder dimension, value-based pricing, target product profile (TPP)

The Head of Market Access and Digital Solutions - Kidney Care will be responsible for global Market Access, Reimbursement and Policy strategies for the Vantive digital ecosystem supporting the PD journey:

  • Creates Market Access strategies (including policy, reimbursement and HTA) for all focus geographies and executes in collaboration with local teams
  • Input into strategic and business planning activities for digital solutions
  • Represents the voice of non-clinical stakeholders, establishes the access and evidence requirements for successful new product development and introduction, collaborates closely with R&D, Upstream Marketing and Medical Affair
