Working in the Medical Devices Industry, you will be exposed to a broad range of products that have life changing effects on a patient's quality of life. To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory standard. The successful candidate will have: Education and experience in a relevant field, e.g. HTA, Health Policy, Value Base Access programs, Health Economics and Tendering Knowledge of market access for pharmaceutical or medical devices, experience in the diabetes field would be highly preferred Ability to create and execute strategic market access strategies, in line with long-term company goals Design and deliver strategic value communications for payers and HCPs, aligned with value-based principles to inform decision-making and enhance stakeholder engagement. A strong track record of working in the Australian and New Zealand market access field Significant experience in working with payer bodies resulting in successful reimbursement outcomes Experience in creating and maintaining advocacy networks Experience in working with policymakers and managing consultants Business/marketing or sales experience and the ability to link this insight to funding and reimbursement objectives Experience of working and contributing within a matrix organization, including global and national Market Access teams. Ability to speak and present effectively before groups of external stakeholders or employees of the organisation. Typically requires minimum of 10 years of related experience. Ability to read and interpret policy documents and procedure documents Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to speak and present effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organisation. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of industry experience 5 - 8 years of people management experience
