Description
What you´ll do Lead and execute Henkel HAT marketing strategy, covering both digital marketing and offline events. Head the APAC central CoE team for digital marketing, ensuring governance and standardization for a seamless customer journey. Define and drive the APAC martech roadmap, enhancing skills, capabilities, and marketing operating models (e.g., WeChat, SCRM, WhatsApp, Marketo). Identify and implement digital pilots to accelerate marketing capabilities and deliver ambitious growth and revenue targets (e.g., AI-driven initiatives). Lead and execute Henkel A’s third-party e-commerce strategy across APAC platforms (1688, T-Mall, JD, Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, etc.). Collaborate closely with global and regional cross-functional teams to drive successful regional rollouts. Build and develop a high-performing team as a center of excellence in B2B marketing, e-commerce, and data for Henkel A. What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree or higher. Minimum 10 years of international MNC experience within industrial/chemical/B2B sectors, with strong familiarity across APAC markets (e.g., SEA, China, Japan). Proven leadership experience in marketing, with a track record of partnering with global and regional teams to define strategy and execute hands-on initiatives that drive B2B business growth. Sales experience is a plus. Proficiency in key martech ecosystems such as WeChat, SCRM, WhatsApp, and Marketo. Knowledge and/or experience in AI applications / product development and design thinking is a big advantage. Demonstrated success in team management and people development. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
