This role requires a creative thinker who can leverage data analytics to inform decisions and optimize marketing efforts across various platforms. YOU MUST BE PROFICIENT AND HIGHLY ENGAGED IN LEARNING AI TOOLS AND MODELS ALREADY.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong focus on B2B marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing impactful marketing materials.
  • Strong understanding of HTML and WordPress for effective website management and content updates.
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing techniques with measurable results in driving sales growth.
  • Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to allocate resources effectively across various campaigns.
  • Confident phone presence — comfortable speaking with prospects and guiding them through early sales steps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter who takes initiative without waiting for direction.
  • Bonus: Hands-on with tech setups, photography, or video content creation.
  • Skilled in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across construction, luxury residential, and automotive e-commerce brands.
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and grow audiences with consistent, high-quality content.
  • Run Facebook Ads, retargeting campaigns, and lead generation funnels.
  • Create and post SEO-optimized blog content for all three companies.
  • Answer inbound calls, respond to leads, and support closing deals (commission paid on closed leads).
  • Plan and coordinate event attendance and content capture (homebuilding expos, lifestyle events, automotive shows).
  • Build and track weekly KPI reports (reach, engagement, cost-per-lead, ROI).
  • Manage and optimize GoHighLevel CRM workflows to ensure all leads are followed up within 5 minutes.
  • Experiment with and implement AI tools for content, automation, and reporting.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Create compelling copy for various platforms while ensuring brand consistency across all communications.
