As the Head of Marketing and Communications at AirTanker, you will steer the company’s internal and external marketing efforts, crafting and executing strategies that enhance our brand, image, and reputation. You’ll have a pivotal role in engaging our diverse stakeholders and driving forward our growth strategy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies.
• Lead all internal and external communications.
• Manage corporate affairs and high-profile events.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between marketing, strategy, and business development teams.

EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years in marketing/corporate communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Background in military/defence/airline sectors is advantageous but not essential.
• Proven experience interacting with Board and senior Government levels is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic communication plans.
• Innovative approach to enhancing brand presence and stakeholder engagement.
