Our customers and our brand are at the core of who we are and what we do, and we are now looking for a Head of Marketing and Communication to join our team to continue to build strong relationships with our current customers, and at the same time win new, and continue to build our brand.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to run and own our marketing and communication strategy, collaborate and share knowledge across departments and countries, and be an important stakeholder in Fotoware’s future success. Strategic thinking is essential, as is strong judgment, a sense of diplomacy, and the ability to work collaboratively. This role is a mix between overall, high level strategic work and marketing KPI ownership, and the ability to plan and execute on campaigns, own communication, PR and company events. The role will contribute to further strengthen cross functional collaboration with sales, KAM, services and product. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high tempo environment and are able to see the big picture.
This role will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Fotoware Marketing & Communication strategy and tactics
  • Team leadership and personnel management of at least four employees
  • Own Fotoware overall marketing budget
  • Implement strategies for optimizing conversion of Leads, MQLs and SQLs
  • Manage collaboration with agencies
  • Plan, design and execute on campaigns together with sales
  • Own partner marketing strategies for local expansion of initiatives
  • Manage content marketing strategies
  • Marketing and communication in relation to mergers and acquisitions
  • Internal and external communication and PR
  • Build the Fotoware brand
  • Help build Fotoware product and solutions knowledge in the market

Tasks:

  • Strategy meetings and follow-ups internally and across departments
  • Campaign statuses on ongoing, completed and planned campaigns
  • Day-to-day management and administration of team, projects and tasks
  • 1:1 personnel meetings and career path creation and follow-ups
  • Management presentations on behalf of the Marketing & Communication Division
  • Overseeing and contributing to content production (PR, blog posts, video, presentations, etc.)
  • Ensuring and facilitating collaboration opportunities between divisions
  • Increase visibility and brand awareness and establish baseline for brand & product knowledge in target markets

Deliver value to our customers, partners & community through timely information, easy-to-understand education, and always-on digital experiences

Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience within B2B Marketing Management, Marketing Strategy and Operational Marketing
  • 3+ years of experience within personnel management and team leadership
  • Experience with managing marketing budgets and cost results
  • Understand the potential and opportunities data-driven marketing and sales give
  • A strong track record of marketing and communication results and how it impacts the overall business
  • 5+ years of experience from the IT industry, and preferably experience working with SaaS products
  • Good sales acumen and driven by seeing increased sales as a result of campaigns and marketing efforts
  • Strong written and oral communications skills in both Norwegian and English
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
