We are offering an incredible opportunity for a Head of Marketing and Sales Operations to oversee all Sales and Marketing functions for a prestigious hotel in the heart of Sydney. This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for developing and mentoring high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all sales and marketing functions to drive business growth and brand recognition
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet revenue goals and increase market share
  • Motivate and mentor a high-performing team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Work closely with senior leadership to create innovative marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification to stay ahead in the market
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels
  • Collaborate with operations, events, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and promotions
  • Manage and optimise the sales pipeline to increase conversion rates and revenue growth
