  • Bachelor’s Degree or MBA and extensive experience in the re/insurance industry, or a broad knowledge of the industry which includes trade bodies, press and media.
  • Extensive experience in commercial and/or B2B marketing. Ideal candidate is capable of planning, collaborating, and executing across various disciplines such as digital and content.
  • An advisory mindset and a passion for delivering intelligent and creative work as a team, which leads to measurable success.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.

  • A collaborative people leader, with emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal and relationship skills, and an ability to interact effectively with diverse people worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a regional marketing strategy that supports business objectives and drives growth in target markets in alignment with Divisional strategy.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans for key growth areas, including Cyber CoE, Energy Transition and multinational solutions.
  • Lead, manage and empower your team and collaborate with the local Marketing teams in country to be confident advisors to client and broker facing teams.
  • Animate the local country Marketing teams and promote best practice, providing common definitions, standards, behaviours and KPIs across the region.
  • Organise customised regional events and initiatives for clients.
  • In alignment with global Brand and Marketing develop a consisted trade show strategy across the Business Unit to ensure consistency of message, brand and proposition.
  • Amplify AXA XL’s value proposition across the Business Unit .
  • Work with AXA XL ‘s global digital marketing team to develop AXA XL’s digital marketing plan and website presence, including email, account-based marketing and analytics.
  • Input into the development of impactful and engaging content across various media channels and monitor its performance to optimise engagement.
  • Utilise data-driven results and analytical tools to measure campaign performance, monitor key metrics, and create reports for campaign performance analysis.
  • Oversee relationships with external marketing agencies.
  • Closely collaborate with Communications, Brand and global and regional Marketing teams to execute AXA XL global brand campaign, advertising strategy and value proposition, ensuring appropriate translation / consistency with the region’s business strategy and value proposition.
