SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The Head of Marketing and Brand Partnerships plays a pivotal role in driving Lore Groups overall marketing strategy and brand development for the company. Based in London this senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and key brand partnerships that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all properties in the group.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The role will report directly to the Global Director of Sales, Marketing & PR. This is group position based at Lore’s hub office in central London. It’s expected that the individual will split their time accordingly visiting hotels and traveling regularly to meet the required business results expected.

PR

  • Inclusion on hotel PR calls/meetings - sense checking strategy and working with the Regional Directors of Marketing
  • Responsible for key press and journalists, maintaining relationships.
  • Approving all hotel press releases & writing all group press releases
  • Monitoring trends etc, looking for opportunities to stay ahead of them for coverage
  • Working with the Regional Marketing Directors, oversee, appointment, brief and tender process for all/any new PR agencies
  • Working with the Regional Marketing Directors, ensuring our agencies are giving us value for money and achieving the agreed annual KPI’s
  • Participate on the GHA ( Global Hotel Alliance) PR committee, working closely with their team on opportunities for the group
  • Ongoing, consider opportunities for Lore ‘group wide’ press as appropriate
  • Responsible for entering all appropriate design awards with well thought our submissions
  • Monitoring for speaking opportunities for Director of Design and other leadership team members
  • Delivery and concept of Group wide press moment/s annually
  • Managing all group crisis communication
