We’re looking for a strong leader to join our team as Head of Marketing & Campaigns. You'll be a part of our Marketing & Client Services team based in either Melbourne or Sydney. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape a marketing and thought leadership program that amplifies the reputation and market presence of our firm's leading capabilities. Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll align marketing investment and tactics with strategic priorities; drive our thought leadership agenda; and enable rich and valuable client engagement. You will lead a high-performing team of four direct reports, and champion the marketing and campaigns program amongst the broader marketing and business development teams. As the Head of Marketing & Campaigns you will: Shape and deliver a clear, compelling marketing agenda that supports business growth and deepens client relationships. Lead the creation of client-focused content that resonates in the market, sustaining a model that ensures our content meets our high standards and creates the desired impact. Collaborate with the business to define and prioritise our thought leadership priorities and areas of focus, aligning marketing investment and tactics with strategic goals. Personally direct high-priority campaigns and marketing initiatives. Champion smarter, more personalised marketing - using data, insight and technology –to deliver the right experiences to the right client contacts at the right time. Mentor and guide your team, evolving how we plan, collaborate and deliver for greater impact. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. About you You will have: Proven experience in strategic B2B marketing experience, ideally within professional services or technology consulting. Strong expertise in thought leadership and content strategy across a range of formats - written, digital, audio, and visual. A collaborative, influential style with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and the ability to build rapport and secure their active contribution.
