We have been operating in the care sector for twenty-three years and specialise in residential, nursing and dementia care for older people. We are currently undergoing an exciting chapter in our growth and are looking for dedicated individuals to join us on this journey.
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and contribute to the growth and success of the Group. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of all marketing campaigns and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Marketing Qualification - Degree/CIM
· Significant experience within a similar role with a proven track record demonstrating success in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with business objectives
· Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
· Strong leadership skills with experience in developing, managing and motivating teams
· Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including analytics platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools
· Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and content management systems
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

· Develop a brand identity for the Group, manage how the business shows up across both owned and external channels
· Develop, execute, and refine comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, enquiries generation and to attract and retain staff
· Creation of compelling content for various platforms, including social media, website, blog, email, and more
· Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team, maximising productivity. Influence Company direction and development including product development and services
· Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall company objectives and goals
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences, and integrate findings into marketing strategies.
· Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing. Create and direct a regular calendar of marketing activities including, case studies, social media, blog posts and mailings
· Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials
· Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools, and adjust strategies accordingly
· Drive messaging to ensure consistent and impactful communication to the target audience
· Competitor analysis
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices, and implement innovative ideas to stay ahead of the competition
· Experience in working with external agencies and the ability to manage agreed timescales and budgets
· Overtime, develop and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
