Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, and results-focused leader to build upon a New Digital brand. Reporting to the Country Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for defining the Telco Digital brand, play a key role in the product evolution, as well as support marketing activities related to new revenue verticals. S/ he will be expected to define target segments, needs, relevance - this is an opportunity to be innovative with tareting, social media, influencers, community engagement, referrals, and traditional media.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop an overall roadmap that contribute towards various “North Star” metrics in line with the broader organisational strategy (revenue/ adoption/ transactions)
  • Own marketing outcomes for the country end to end, from digital to traditional, from creative to commercial
  • Motivate the team to perform at a high performance level
  • Work with regional COE team to learn from subject matter experts, learn from other countries, and institutionalize own country learnings
