  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or business development - ideally in consulting, wind, or renewables
  • Strong business understanding, through education or experience
  • Excellent written English and a talent for clear, structured communication
  • PowerPoint proficiency: Basic graphic design (e.g., Adobe) and social media (LinkedIn) experience are a plus
  • Detail-oriented and quality-driven, with strong execution skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Service-minded and collaborative, eager to support and go the extra mile to collaborate with our consultants
  • Adaptable and curious, unafraid to take on new challenges
  • Well-organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

As Head of Marketing & Communications, you will lead a small, dedicated Marketing & Communications team within our Business Development area, reporting directly to the Head of Business Development. You will play a key role in strengthening our external brand and enhancing sales as we continue our growth journey. The position is based in one of our offices in Aarhus or Copenhagen (Denmark).

More specifically, your areas of responsibility will be:

  • Leading the execution of our global digital marketing strategy, while continuously developing new strategies to challenge the status quo.
  • Leading and actively contributing to the development of value propositions for existing and new service offerings.
  • Collaborating closely across the Business Development area to refine and enhance existing pitch material, while supporting all consultants with our account-based marketing strategy.
  • Managing and coordinating all internal content development and publications aimed at increasing market awareness of key offerings.
  • Ensuring that the overall brand image is accurately reflected across all brand activities and client touchpoints, as well as through PR across all relevant channels.
  • Managing and coordinating PEAK Wind’s participation in external fairs and conferences, and supporting employer branding activities and collaboration with universities.
  • Being responsible for PEAK Wind’s marketing budget and effectively managing costs using a clear revenue-per-spend methodology.
