We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing (m/f/d) for our division Cutting Tool Solutions to take responsibility for the development and implementation of our marketing strategies. The focus will be on both product-oriented and target group-oriented communication within our Cutting Tool Solutions Division. In this key position, you will report directly to the Director Marketing & Communication and play a key role in the global positioning of our company, as well as our products and solutions.

Your tasks:

  • Develop marketing strategy and product communication by creating a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy for the Cutting Tool Solution Division, and further develop product communication towards a target group-oriented customer argumentation.
  • Plan global marketing activities and execute global marketing and communication activities for products, solutions, and services.
  • Implement a cross-media communication plan and implement an effective communication mix (online and offline) along the entire customer journey.
  • Support sales in generating leads and work closely with the sales team to support sales activities
  • Lead a global team of approximately 20 employees, strategically develop the department, and take responsibility for the central marketing communication budget as well as planning and controlling the departmental budget.

Your profile:

  • Degree in Marketing, Economics and/or Business Administration or comparable professional long term experience in international Industrial Marketing (cutting tools if possible), Strategic Marketing and Global Marketing
  • Strong expertise in Branding, Marketing & Communication, graphic aesthetics and storytelling.
  • High level of responsibility, with strong persuasive and implementation skills.
  • Well-developed leadership capabilities with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team of internal and external members
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally in German are essential
  • Ability to foster a supportive team environment and drive a change process.
