POSITION SUMMARY

The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and communications for the organization. This role oversees the marketing team, manages multi-channel campaigns, and ensures alignment of marketing initiatives with company-wide business goals. You will work closely with executive leadership, sales, and operations to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance brand recognition.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Experience in B2B or manufacturing/industrial sectors (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports corporate objectives and sales growth.
  • Define key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and programs.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Brand & Communications
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms (digital, print, events, media).
  • Oversee content creation, public relations, and media engagement to maintain a strong market presence.
  • Manage the company’s digital presence, including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Market & Customer Insight
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Translate customer needs and industry insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with sales teams to generate leads, strengthen customer engagement, and support the sales funnel.
  • Campaign & Event Management
  • Plan, budget, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness and revenue.
  • Lead planning and promotion for trade shows, open houses, community events, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and external partners.
  • Budget & Reporting
  • Develop and oversee the annual marketing budget.
  • Track ROI on campaigns and provide regular reports to executive leadership.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact and align with business objectives.
