ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Extensive, solid experience within combined Digital & Marketing Leadership roles, leading teams across multiple channels.
  • Solid experience within Luxury, Fashion, Apparel or eCommerce is essential
  • Demonstrated background in strategising and owning the Marketing calendar and Campaign & Creative development, to drive brand identity and awareness
  • A proven track record of growing brand awareness and market share, both locally and internationally, with strong experience in owning all brand touch points across eCommerce, Retail & Social
  • Solid, demonstrated experience in growing & scaling online revenue, traffic and conversions, both locally and internationally
  • Strong people management and leadership experience, leading and mentoring diverse teams across the both technical eCommerce & the wider Marketing-mix, to a high-performing level
Responsibilities

As part of the SLT, you will be responsible for the strategic development of the Marketing Calendar and Digital roadmap, leading a high-performing team across Brand Marketing, Creative, Content, Social, Digital Marketing & eCommerce.
Reporting directly into the C-Suite, this is a highly strategic role, continuing to drive strong brand awareness, online growth, a cohesive brand identity and customer engagement and loyalty, both locally across ANZ and across US, UK & EU markets.
