Description

We’re looking for an exceptional marketing leader to take OakNorth’s brand, growth engine, and customer experience to the next level. As Head of Marketing, you’ll lead a high-impact, multi-disciplinary team across Brand & Design, Growth Marketing, Digital & Martech, Commercial Enablement, and Events—supporting all three of our core product lines: Lending, Business Banking, and Personal Savings across the UK and US.
This is not a brand-heavy, big-budget media role. Our approach is rooted in precision: account-based marketing (ABM) for Lending and Business Banking, customer lifecycle and digital growth strategies for Personal Savings, and lean, insight-driven execution across everything we do.
We prioritise measurable, commercial outcomes over reach for reach’s sake—so we’re looking for someone who can think creatively within relentless focus on return, and scale systems and processes that drive real business impact.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:



      • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, SaaS and/or B2B financial technology.

      • Proven track record managing multi-functional teams—digital, brand, growth marketing.
      • Strong strategic thinker with analytical rigor and creativity; you balance art and science with ease.
      • Excellent collaborator—adept at navigating internal stakeholders spanning commercial and corporate functions.
      • Ambitious, curious, high-standards leader who is hands-on when needed, but excels at empowering others.
      • Purpose-driven communicator who values culture, clarity, brand, and measurable impact.
