Description
We’re looking to bring on a Head of Marketing to build FLORA’s marketing engine— a metrics-driven, experimentation-heavy system that turns creative output into measurable growth. You’ll own the strategy, channels, and operating model that define how FLORA attracts, converts, and retains customers. This role blends performance marketing, creative orchestration, and rigorous experimentation — partnering deeply with Growth Product, Sales, and our Creative team to scale demand with speed and clarity. How You’ll Make an Impact You’ll architect and operate the marketing foundation that fuels FLORA’s growth — building repeatable systems, standing up high-velocity experimentation, and elevating creative output into scalable demand programs. Channel Strategy & Growth Own strategy and execution across SEO, GEO, paid, organic social, and lifecycle/email. Build a rigorous experimentation engine — hypotheses, design, execution, measurement, iteration. Set and own targets for signups, landing page visits, CAC, funnel conversion rates, and channel ROI. Identify and scale new growth levers that compound over time. Marketing Systems & Operating Model Build the marketing operating system — tools, measurement frameworks, attribution, funnel reporting, KPI cadence. Partner with Growth Product to align top-of-funnel motion with website/landing pages and in-product activation loops. Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success on handoffs, enablement, and education to improve activation, expansion, and retention. Creative Production & Brand Direction Translate channel strategy into clear creative briefs, formats, and experiments. Act as a strong creative partner with a high taste bar — able to approve work, give direction, and make brand calls. Ensure brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints while keeping the team moving fast. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience across growth, performance, or marketing roles at fast-paced product-led startups. Systems builder — data-native, analytical, and fluent in funnel math, attribution, and experimentation design. T-shaped marketer — deep expertise in certain core channels with strong working knowledge across the rest. Strong taste and creative judgment — can evaluate quality and execution without needing to be the creator. Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (creative, channel owners, producers) and knowing when to stay hands-on. Track record of hitting KPI targets and running disciplined experimentation programs. Passionate, purpose-led, and all-in. You enjoy working hard towards a mission you care about. Hustle and work ethic. You are known for going the extra mile(s). You roll up your sleeves and consider no task beneath you. Ownership mindset—proactively identifies opportunities, solves problems, and improves systems. Operates with a strong sense of urgency— every minute counts. High bar for excellence + low ego; cares for what’s best for the company and team Thrives in fast-moving, rapidly evolving startup environments
